It's about people, leadership, and getting it
Liam just posted to Pundit about a great collection of Steve Jobs quotes in Wired this month. One of them in particular just jumps out at me:"Innovation has nothing to do with how many R&D dollars you have. When Apple came up with the Mac, IBM was spending at least 100 times more on R&D. It's not about money. It's about the people you have, how you're led, and how much you get it." - Fortune, Nov. 9, 1998
I am currently making some major decisions and it's good to see that my thinking is aligned with someone whose work and accomplishments I respect.
