Step 21: Launch
Typically, the best way to launch an intranet site is to send out a company-wide broadcast e-mail announcing the launch and inviting people to visit it. Do be careful, specifically in larger organizations, to be sure that load-testing has occurred before this, so the site's servers don't fail minutes after the corporate launch.
